The Civil Engineering Structural Design Team will design multiple alternatives for the track and civil structure. This team will be responsible for further researching the preliminary cost analysis developed by the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) engineers and also for adding more cost analysis for different designs.

• Work closely with the Financial / Business Plan team to develop cost analyses for various designs
• Create multiple design alternatives for the track and civil structure
• Work with VDOT engineers to do further research of preliminary cost analysis
