The Financial and Business Plan team will perform comprehensive cost analysis of the system and create a business plan for the university and potential investors. They will also develop exit strategies in case of failure in any phase of the project.

• Develop exit strategies and lost mitigation strategies in case of failure in any phase of the project.
• Create multiple business plans
• Develop a comprehensive cost analysis of the project using multiple designs
• Compile and report information relating to the ROI (Return on Investment) expected from this venture.
• Work with the LSRM team to develop a budget for the machine.
